Our products are handcrafted and made of leather which naturally presents different characteristics therefore some imperfections may be present, however we want to have all our customers satisfied with our products.
Please follow the steps to return or exchange merchandise in case we did not meet your standards:
Please call us within 10 days of receipt of your order to report a problem.
Please fill out the return information sheet and email it or fax it to us.
Once you get our Return Authorization number from us, please send the merchandise on its original package and include the RA number in big legible numbers, failure to provide an RA in your package, may risk the acceptance of your return.
Merchandise received on a different packaging may be subject to a 20% restocking fees, all returns must be executed within 30 days of the issuing of the document.
Our preferred carrier is UPS
