Placing orders with Chambers Belt is extremely easy, for a single time ordering please go to our website www.chambersbelt.com and pick your merchandise and add it to your cart. Our website is secured and has made available the option for you to pay with a credit card. For recurring customers we invite you to fill a credit application provided at our website, we will process your application and upon an approval we will give you a login to log into our ordering system or you can simply use the form available in our site and email it to us at sales@chambersbelt.com, in addition if you prefer you can print the form and fax it to us at 818-764-3420, we will process your order immediately.

Shipping

We will ship your order within 5 days of receipt of your order; if you provide us with your sales monthly volume in advance we could build your inventory and minimize the shipping time.
 

Terms and Conditions

Leather belts:

Chambers Belt uses first quality raw materials for the elaboration of their Belts, Leather is a natural raw material and from time to time a scar caused by branding or scratch is found on leather and a small mark may appear, we are very selective and try not to have any of these marks in our belts, from time to time one of these small marks may appear on your belt, if you are not happy about these small marks please let us know and we will replace your belt within 30 days of your purchase. 

Material belts:

Our adjustable material belts come with extra material for you to tailor it to your waist, we recommend you leave extra material for any of those unexpected changes on your waist, this gives you an extra size adjustments.

We do not replace any worn belts.
